Our approach to espresso coffee is very simple. We begin by using high quality coffee beans - Bristot Tiziano Qualita' Superiore. Tiziano beans are a blend of select Brazilian and Central American Grand Cru Arabica enriched with a hint of select full-bodied Indian Robusta. This well-balanced blend is characterized by a refined and intense aroma, a full body with spicy and tropical fruit notes and a round mellow flavour. It produces an espresso well-balanced for strength, aroma and acidity. To complement the quality of the Tiziano, we use a superior grade espresso machine and grinder operated by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The result is a superb cup of espresso coffee at an affordable price.
